Under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the salon
Merchandise may be exchanged for product of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase

Any adjustments to hair sevices must be completed within a 14 day period
NO CASH REFUNDS Gift Certificates/Card are non-refundable (Valid 1 for one year after purchase)

Cancellation Policy:

Groups of 5+/Multiple Services must be reserved with a Deposit *Requires 72 hr cancellation

Failure to cancel appoointment within 24hrs may result in a fee.

Multiple missed appointments may require a deposit for future booked appointments (up to 50% charge)

Pucci Salon Gift Cards are issued with a prepaid balance in an amount of your choosing. Pucci Gift Cards are redeemable for hair care, skin care, and make-up products...as well as an abundance of salon and spa services that Pucci Salon has to offer. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, nor have any implied warranties. Pucci Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of card. Pucci Gift Cards expire one year from date of original purchase (and prices are subject to change WITHOUT notice). Gift Cards are non-refundable.

We want all our customers, new and old to feel at ease in making their Pucci Salon gift card purchases. Please be secure in the sense that all information you provide is kept secure and confidential.
Shipping
Pucci Salon Gift Cards are available in many dollar amounts. They are available for immediate purchase and prompt delivery using your Paypal account. Gift Cards can either be mailed directly to the purchaser (credit card billing address) or may be picked up on location (7293 N. Scottsdale Rd. #106) at your convenience. We just ask that you allow 24-48hrs for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.
